Abdellatif Zoubair

Abdellatif Zoubair is a consultant in English Language Teaching (ELT). He holds a BA in English Language and Literature, a post-graduate diploma in ELT methodology, and certificates of onsite (and online) training courses from universities in Great Britain and USA .
In addition to high school teaching, he had held various other positions, such as university teacher, head of test-design team, regional teacher supervisor, teacher trainer at various departments for over thirty years, including training American Language Center and American Peace Corps staff.
He has also been involved in translation, syllabus-design, evaluating digital educational resources and textbook writing.
Abdellatif Zoubair has served as national coordinator of international educational programs, such as Access, Connecting Classrooms or the International School Award, ISA. He had participated, lectured and conducted workshops at various national and international conferences in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Great Britain and the USA.
He is currently serving as president (and co-founder) of a national English teacher association. He has received four national and international awards of merit and distinction, the last of which is the Royal Order of Merit in 2018.
